Come and enjoy the serene beauty of the Flying Eagle Preserve — Mc Gregor Smith Boy Scout Reservation in Citrus County.
The timing of this event is not a coincidence. We have many webelos transitioning to our troop this time of year. The Family Campout is a great way to meet those new scouts and their families. It is also a great opportunity for those new scouts to learn new skills.
If you have not done so already, email Mr. Widoff with your head count.

Activities include:
- Totin’ Chip and Firem’n Chip certification
(required for any scout who wishes to use a knife and start fire)
- Making Paracord Survival Bracelets
This property is adjacent to the Flying Eagle Preserve that together encompasses 16,334 acres of protected lands.
